The history of history and geography

In the history of universe there was no solar system or earth or planets before 500 cr yrs. Approx 450 cr yrs ago the burnt dust particles from the sun gathered into a big fire ball. That fire ball started revolves and rotates around the head/leader of the solar system that is sun.
After lacs of yrs the surface of the fire ball slowly got cooled down and turned into very hard surface. The name less ball which we called as earth now, nowhere we couldnt find any grass or plants or tiny creatures. Our earth was just a round shape floating rock which has 7927 miles diameter.
Approx after 100cr yrs only the oceans were formed on the earth. Do u know how it happened according to the boiling concept. If u close the vessel which is very hot u can find the water droplets which converts from vapour. So when earth was a fire ball for crores of yrs its created lots of vapour and in one point it was started pouring as rain heavily beyond the limit of our imagination and the ocean formed on the earth.
Almost 350 cr yrs ago only that miracle had happened one day on the ocean, the bacteria called micro organisms were came into existence on the sea water. Actually bacteria is our great great...... Grand father of all!!!!!
Along with it plants were started growing by inhale carbondioxide and exhale oxygen. Till now the root cause for the existence of living being on the earth is the plants and trees. Thats what we all have to be great ful to all plants and trees but what we are doing??? We are simply cutting the trees and betraying to the plants.
Next to the plants, the fish is the foremost living beings had been appeared on the ocean that was before 40cr yrs ago. After fish the evolution of reptiles happened and snakes, lizards, were appeared on the earth.
The end of this evolution the gigantic animal dinosaur evolved into the earth before 25cr yrs ago. From this point approx 10cr yrs there was only dinosaur kingdom prevails on the earth.
Along with these dinosaurs the tiny creatures like mouses evolved. However it is in small size as equal to the nail of dinosaurs, the appearance of mouses are miles stone in the evolution of living beings because till that there was no mammals on the earth. However the dinosaurs were big in size as in height of lic building it yields only eggs but not directly babies. So the evolution of the mammals paved the way for the existence of human being that is the man on the earth.
If we split the life span of the earth into percentages, the ruling of mammals we can evidence only 4% only and into that 4% the special species called man is just 0.1% only. See how we are shriek by having 0.1% itself.
The evolution of mammals turned into different kinds of monkeys kind of men. In that we are modern men had been appeared approx 4 lacs yrs ago only. But you know that cockroach which makes everyone scare appeared on earth 25cr yrs ago. So the cockroaches have full rights to question us with record of evidence you silly man who came yesterday only killing me with hit!!!!
We are called homesephians were evident of presence on the middle Africa. If we look africa you can realize that africa is the heart of the human community.
The nomad man who did not have caste religion language roamed with plotted hairs with roaring like an animal at the Africa. These nomad men are the ones later evolved into socrates, Buddha, Gandhi, Alexander,Newton, Beethoven, Michael angela, akbar, sengisthab, kalikoola, Hitler, idiyamin, you and me. But Do you know who is the foremost ancestor for all of us that is an woman not a man yes the the 1st human being on the world is an aval not an adham.

Finally a bell has been tied on cat, Braveheart Employee takes IBM Daksh to Labor Court

Do you know who the most suppressed working class is? The answer for this question would make you to wonder, according to surveys and reports says that BPO and IT workers are, considered a pampered lot by some, actually spend long hours at the computer and telephone, with almost no breaks. Their work is repetitive and intensive, with unrealistically high targets and constant surveillance, Eighty per cent work overtime thrice a week, and 24% report work-related health problems. in order to deny them labour rights, management describes them as IT professionals, not workmen. Workers who oppose management policies are subjected to harassment, isolated from their colleagues, kept away from work, and eventually forced to quit. Employees are hired on contracts that allow the employer to terminate employment without prior notice, and it is an offence to discuss employment-related matters with colleagues.Union activism can also put the employee on an industry blacklist. This has discouraged trade unions from aggressively organising in this industry.

In an unprecedented move, that will surely be applauded by many in the BPO industry, a case has been filed against IBM Daksh in the Labor Court of Gurgaon against the unfair labor practices, failure to follow the Principles of Natural Justice and for the violation of provisions as laid down in the Constitution of India.

As a reflection of its callous attitude and an autocratic, authoritative style of management, with total neglect of employees’ right, IBM Daksh terminated the services of a long-term employee, on charges never made known to the said employee.

It is a globally accepted standard of procedures as laid down in Article 7 of the C158 Termination of Employment Convention, 1982 and the decisions held by the courts.

Explaining the Constitutional provisions of the Principles of Natural Justice, the Supreme Court held that the rules of natural justice require that —

(1) charged employee should be given notice of the charges he is called upon to explain and the allegations on which those are based;

(2) evidence should be taken in the presence of the charged employee;

(3) he should be given opportunity to cross-examine the prosecution witnesses;

(4) he should have the opportunity of adducing all relevant evidence on which he relies;

(5) no material should be relied on against him without giving him an opportunity of explaining such material.

IBM Daksh failed to prepare a charged sheet to enable the employee to make a defence. This is an Unfair Labor Practice mentioned in the Schedule V of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

Due to the gravity of the charges leveled and the life-long implication of the foreseen decision, it is seen as very unbecoming on the part of IBM Daksh for its failure to initiate a full-fledged inquiry. This not only betrays the spirit of the management as well as is against the mandatory provisions laid down in the relevant Indian Law.

As has been charged by the employee,IBM Daksh neither validated the veracity of the charges nor prepared a charge sheet, but proceeded to pronounce the employee as guilty.

Before the initiation of a departmental inquiry, the employee was asked to resign and in the failure to do so, would be terminated. This reflects a malafide intention on the part of the IBM Daksh.

The employee has also charged IBM Daksh for its refusal to release the copies of statement of charges leveled, investigation details and report, if any, audio recordings of the proceedings and own representation. In a communication to the employee, IBM Daksh refused to divulge the same stating that it is an old case. This is against the laws of the land.Apart from these charges, IBM Daksh failed to pay the employee the incentives due and has held back the same.

Govt should take immediate steps to amend laws which encourage unions to protect the rights of the IT workers. If Govt. takes initiative steps to standardize the unions, then there are N. number of cases will have been filed against top IT companies by employees without any fear. This is the only way to protect our skilled manpower from exploitation.

Mediagraphy and security portfolio = Two bulbs

One day When I was in creamy inn (ice cream parlour) with my friends, my pg class mate rang me up and told that we ve got selected in mediagraphy (1^st  round-photography- topic-India is an open society). I got surprised and asked her for the final round topic. She told me that we ve to do documentary on topic “POPULATION IS AN ADVANTAGE OR FLAW”. From that moment i was thinking thinking thinking.... for two days and finally got a story for the documentary. Because of the influence of the previous year mediagraphy results we decided to shoot own documentary and we were strong that we shouldn’t get any videos from internet.   9am of 15^th oct, we should have to present our documentary but we had security portfolio internal test on 14^th eve , we had only one day i.e. 14^th (wed) to shoot and edit the documentary. I and my partner were frustrated and decided to give up mediagraphy and informed the organizer  about our critical situation. Unfortunately she didn’t allow us and requested us to do documentary, in fact she motivated and explained how they impressed in our photography(1^st round) and also told that we are the only team got selected without any compromise. These words boosted us and started to work for documentary. So we decided to ask O.D  for security test but we both scared to ask permission with sir, because unfortunately last class only we both had caught for proxy.. Though we hesitated, we requested the sir,but he didn’t give permission. He made us to write the test without studying anything.

In other hand we struggled a lot to shoot the documentary, according to our story we needed two children, and we felt very difficult to make them to act but we enjoyed lot with them. Finally we finished shooting somehow and I did editing for 1^st time with editing software which I got from my friend. We did editing as like professionals (he he he)with background music, flash back effects, transformation between each scene and some special effects. Finally our documentary got ready to release. We both were very confident in our story and we will get prize for sure. There were two judges from cine field, one is Saruhasan (kamal’s bro) and the second person is  Rajesh(sms,boss film director).

At last Our documentary shown in a big screen.. our documentary story goes like this… There will be two same situations but at a different time period i.e. in 1985 and 2010. scenes will come alternatively for. E.g. 1^st scene on 85 and 2^nd scene on 2010. The actual story was, In 1985 , one small girl will ask her mother to help her for oratorical competiton for the topic was population and like the same situation in 2010, a girl ask her mother to help her for the same topic population. 1985’s mom used to give negative points for population like unemployment, scarcity of resources, economic downturn etc.. and 2010’s mom will explain about the positives and how we can get utilized optimum of it with strong points like demographic dividend population i.e. youth power with statistical data by comparing other nations  and opportunities available to become a entrepreneur . CLIMAX is 85’s child got the prize as well as the 2010 child also won the prize. In 2010, after when the mom collecting the trophy from her child, she ll take the old trophy from the cupboard that is the end of our documentary. I.e. the 85’s child is the 2010’s mom. Without any dialogue at climax we conveyed our concept with two trophies and some flash back effects. That’s we concluded that the population is an advantage.

One of the judge’s director Rajesh started his comment as do u feel that you made justice to the topic which has given to you?  We both stunned and glared for a moment and started to argue  but he commented harshly that our concept not at all related to the topic  “The population is an advantage or flaw”. He told that your concept shows only the attitude differences. When we started to convince him he told open statement that its not good so better luck next time. As we came to know our results through comments we got disappoint and moved immediately (1^st bulb)without waiting for the results by thinking in what sense he told that our documentary is not at all related to the topic when they praised other’s documentaries who were all downloaded the videos from internet and merged with captions and songs..

Then in the next security class, sir gave the test marks and we both got very low marks                   (2^nd bulb). I dint get upset, in contrary I laughed and decided to cancel one of my favorite elective and striked the security subject in my exam application. This is the big bulb… L L

OMG!!!!!!! I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WILL UPDATE THIS BLOG. sometimes we will force our mind to delete some situations.of-course its impossible but anyways everyone avoid of thinking r recollecting some memories . this situation that type of one that i want to delete from my memory totally. i don't want to think off about this
great insult that happened to me in front of hundreds of audience. because of height of frustration i wrote this blog to redue my emotions. on that day my partner thirupura sundari only got to know how much i got upset but she was cool and she asked me why you are taking so serious about it still dont know why?

In this three years i almost forgot this great bulb which i had faced but in future i never going to forget this bulb in my life time i think so.... because the person who made me into that situation and with whom i angered upon on that day film director RAJESH , i met him recently at our flat parking area and he introduced himself that we are new to this flat staying on 4th floor .. now he becomes my neighbor . we both are  residing at same apartment. In a day, one or twice i'm seeing him  and smiling as a neighbor every time ena koduma saravanan!!!!!! i felt this the biggest bulb of everything... he he he

மூடநம்பிக்கை!!!!!!!

                  என் வாழ்கையில் நடந்த மறக்க முடியாத கசப்பான நிகழ்ச்சி ஆனால்  இன்று நினைத்து பார்த்தால் சிரிப்பு வருகிறது... என் உறவினர் ஒருவர் என் அம்மாவின் உடல் நலம் சரி இல்லாதலால் விழுப்புரம் அருகில் இரயானுர் கோவில்க்கு  சென்று சாமியாரிடம் பூஜை செய்தால் நோய் குணமாய்விடும் என்று என் குடும்பத்தை அழைத்து சென்றார். அங்கு போன பிறகுதான் உணர்ந்தேன் அது என் காதலை முறிக்க என்று.
              அந்த சாமியார் அருள்வாக்கு என்ற பெயரில் படு தமாஷ் பணினார். நீ காதலிக்கும் ஆண் கெட்டவன் உன்னை ஏமாற்றி விடுவான் அவனுக்கு பல பெண்கள்  தொடர்பு இருக்கிறது. அவன் ஒரு நாத்திகன் என்று  உண்மைக்கு புறம்பாக கூறினார். என்னவனுக்கு தெய்வ பக்தி அதிகம் என்பதும், அவன் என் மீது கொண்டுள்ள அன்பு   எவ்வளவு  அதிகம் என்பதும்  எனக்கு மட்டுமே தெரிந்த ஒன்றை என் பெற்றோருக்கும் மற்றவர்களுகும் நிருபிக்க வேண்டும் என்று என்னவனை உடனே சென்னையிலிருந்து  புறப்பட்டு வரும்படி sms  அனுப்பினேன் அவரும் 200 km கடந்து பூஜை முடிவதற்குள் வந்து சேர்ந்தார்.(பூஜை 8000 ருபாய் என்னை காதலில் இருந்து காப்பற்ற )
            என்னவனை பார்த்ததும் சாமியாற்கு  விழி பிதுங்கி விட்டது.. அப்படியே அந்தர் பல்டி அடித்து விட்டார்.. அவரை  பார்த்து உன் உண்மையான அன்பை காப்ற்றிகொள்ள இவளவு தூரம் வந்திருக்கிறாய், என்னை நம்பினால் உங்களுக்கு திருமணம் பண்ணி வைக்கிறேன் என்று சமாளித்தார்.. நான் விடவில்லை சற்று நேரம் முன்பு இவனுக்கு பல பெண்களிடம்  தொடர்பு இருகின்றது என்னை இவன் ஏமாற்றி விடுவான் என்று சொன்னிர்களே..என்றதற்கு இவர் நினைக்கவில்லை ஆனால் பல பெண்கள் இவரை தூண்ட  நினைகிறார்கள் என்று தமாஷ் பணினார். அதற்கு என்னவன் இவளை தவிர நான் யாரிடமும் நட்பாக கூட பழகுவதில்லை என்று சத்யம் செய்ய தடுமாறினார் சாமியார்..
           இதை எல்லாவற்றையும் பார்த்த என் அப்பாவிற்கு சாமியாரின் குட்டும் என்னவனின் உண்மையான அன்பும் புரிந்தது , சாமியாரிடம் போதும் சாமி, யார் ஒருவனும் ஏமாற்ற நினைப்பவன் 200km இவளவு சிக்கிரம் வரமாட்டன் அதுவும் இவளவு தைரியமாக எல்லார் முன்னிலையில்  பேசமாட்டார். எனக்கு நல்ல மாப்பிள்ளை கிடைத்து விட்டார் என்று சந்தோசப்பட்டார்.
          சாமியாரின் உச்சகட்ட தமாஷாக, நான்  பண்ண பரிகார பூஜையின் பலன் இவளவு சிக்கிரம் பலித்துவிட்டது பாருங்கள் இது 100 வருசத்துக்கு ஒரு முறைதான் நடக்கும்  என்று ஒரு போடு போட்டாரே செம தமாஷ் .!!!!
        சற்றே சமுதாய சிந்தனையோடு சிந்தித்து பார்த்தால்  ,அந்த  கிராமத்தை சேர்ந்த பெண்ணிருக்கு இப்படி ஊர் மக்கள் முன்னால் அருள்வாக்கு சொல்லிருந்தால், அப்பெண்ணின் எதிர்காலம்  கேள்விகுறிதான். ஊர் முழுக்க அப்பெண் பற்றிய வதந்தி பரவி அவளின் எதிர்காலம் மோசமாக இருந்திருக்கும் தற்கொலைக்கு கூட வழிவகுக நேரிடும்  அல்லது என்னையே எடுத்து கொண்டால்  அன்று மட்டும் என்னவன் வரவில்லை என்றால் என் அப்பா அந்த சாமியார் பேச்சை நம்பி கடைசிவரைக்கும் எங்கள் திருமனதிருக்கு ஒத்து கொண்டிருக்கமாட்டார். எங்கள் வாழ்க்கையும் கேள்விகுரியகதான் இருந்திருக்கும்.... முடனம்பிகையை ஒழிப்போம்  !!!!!!!

casteless society!!!!!!!! (enlighten through my friend)

               Two weeks back one of my close friend a guy invited me to his house for dasara (gollu) who had studied with me in primary school then we got separated and later became close friends through social networking site.

One fine Saturday evening i went along with another friend to his house, we crossed many ups and downs, pits etc.. that area made me to feel the post independence period and after many struggle we reached his house. Though the area is not good his house looks pretty with garden and made me to feel the peaceful. His parents welcome us traditionally. Along with us there were three more friends came to his house.

               When I ve started to look gollu its quite beautiful with 10 avatars dolls, meera, chettiar dolls and some of the lords dolls made the flashback flashes into my mind. when I was a child I forced my parents to celebrate gollu though we don’t have a such a custom of practice, my lovable parents fulfilled my wish. While I’m enjoying with my sweet memories his mom interrupted and told we are not getting sand made dolls in this area, here we can get only peengan dolls  its not looking good. The next moment i thought myself to get a good dolls for her sure.. from kuralagam(parrys) where i had bought cricket set, marriage set, garuda seva set, village set, parvathi shivan dolls etc.. With my dad when i was a child.

               His parents were more jovial and friendly. I liked them a lot and their innocent way of speaking without keeping anything in their mind. But my mind set at that time was that i came  to a  friend’s house for 1^st time so i have to be quite and calm in order to give respect for elders and to impress them. But his parents asked me lots of questions like how do you know my son, how you are maintaining friendship from the childhood, how you know the guy who came along with you etc which made me uncomfortable and I started blabbering something something because I don’t know how to explain our social networking friendship. I thought he would feel bad about me, so I tackled somewhat the situation and remained quite to avoid further questions.

              His parents are the pakka representatives of their community, I observed this by their way of speaking tamil, English and with their knowledge. Among us one of his colleague, a girl belongs to their community, both the girl and his parents made lots of comedy by praising each other, his parents asked us to sing a devotional songs, except that girl, no one learnt music and don’t know anything about ragam shruthi etc. so that girl sang a devotional song, her voice was very sweet but her throat dint help her to sing well. After when she finished singing his mom asked her it is kalayani ragam na? she told wrong and corrected with someother ragam and again his mom mentioned some keerthanai name and told this belongs to this keerthanai na? that girl again corrected with some other.. it was very funny to watch . That girl started praising or kidding his mom I don’t know, that his mom is very brilliant and knows everything.

           Then his parents asked me to sing, I hesitated and refused their request, for this they insulted me that you won’t shine in your law profession because you are very quite and we couldn’t believe that you are an advocate. This statement made me to worry a lot and thought of arguing with them like this… that who told you that advocate speaks a lot. This is a bad impression does everyone has, that’s not a real thing. Good lawyer never speaks lengthy we ll speak less but with strong points. Because words are our business so we don’t waste it unnecessarily.. but I dint argue with them I controlled my feelings and consoled myself to be calm and give respect to elders.

           Then they praised that girl indirectly with her area name MYLAPORE is a MYLAPORE you ve  been proved that you are from mylapore nu… this made me more shock and Finally at the end of the situation his mom gave some gifts and sundal, with that I left his house.

           While I was coming back to home I was thinking about the past generations.. even my dad is a more caste oriented person and used to spend much time in caste sangha which I  hate it .my dad used to tell that he is veera vanniyar and veeram flows in his blood but my mom only knows about his veeram ,he never come out if any quarrels happens wit neighbours, my mom alone fight with them (lol lol lol) .
          And also i was thinking and  wonder how is it possible to my friend to live without any community behaviour, I never find any such kind of community oriented behavior with him till now (2 decades). Even he used to tell that he doesn’t want a girlfriend in his caste, that shows his broad mind.

           When I reached home I got a call from my friend and he told me that their parents are usually more caste oriented and he doesn’t like that attitude. I feel proud of my friend and im lucky to have a friend like him. I feel enlighten through my friend and became confident that the next generation will surely live in and enjoy the casteless society!!!!!! If every youth live casteless life as like him now.
